What's in the pack
Central Digital Platform registration
Since 24 February 2025, contracts run under the Procurement Act 2023 ask suppliers to register on the Central Digital Platform and share their core supplier information. We go through it with you, prepare what to enter and check it before you submit. You keep your own login, and registering is free.
Six core policies
Written for your firm from your answers, for you to review, change where needed and adopt:
- Health and safety
- Environmental
- Equality, diversity and inclusion
- Data protection
- Modern slavery
- Social value statement
A policy only counts if you follow it, so read each one and sign it off yourself.
One-page capability statement
What you do, where you work, your accreditations and two or three contracts you have delivered, on one page you can attach to bids and send to buyers.

Common questions
Do I have to register on the Central Digital Platform?
For procurements run under the Procurement Act 2023, buyers will ask you to. Registration is free and you can do it yourself; the pack saves you working out what to enter.
Is this an accreditation?
No. The pack does not give you ISO, CHAS or any other certificate, and it is not legal advice. It gives you the documents buyers commonly ask for, written for your firm.
Is TenderBrief part of the government?
No. TenderBrief is a trading name of Brookhold Ltd, a private company. The Central Digital Platform is the government's free service.
What if I already have some policies?
Send them with your answers and we will review and update them instead of starting again.
